Formation - foundation - transformation, short course of
life
Our company's predecessors' formation started in
1948. At that time the agricultural co-operative farms began
to develop that got their permit in 1949. With the union of
the agricultural co-operative farms the "Nagykun"
Agricultural Co-operative Farms was formed in 1974.
With the change of regime and as its consequences didn't shake
the activity of the Nagykun Agricultural Co-operation which
was formed on November 6th in 1992 by the general assembly.
The Co-operation could hold its means
of production together, the rate of the means of production
and farms taken
out was minimal.
On November 26th in 1999 the general assembly decided due
to changes
in agriculture to transform the co-operation into a stock-company.
After the authorization of the firm, according to the rules
of segregation
with a minimal change - as the successor of the former co-operation
- the Nagykun 2000 Agricultural Stock-company was formed which
began its activity on April 1st in 2000 with the 97% of the
co-operation's wealth.
Perception of the greatness of the firm:
The company operates on a 4,500 hectares land and
has nearly 1 billion Forints of capital.
The income in a year is nearly 2 billion Forints.
